Experience:
5–10 years of experience in Infrastructure Consultancy Business Development
Hands-on experience in:
DPR, Supervision Consultancy, PMC, Authority Engineer projects
Government & Multilateral funded assignments
Proven experience in bidding for projects floated by:
NHAI / MoRTH
State PWDs
Metro Rail Corporations
Irrigation Departments
ADB / World Bank / JICA funded projects
Strong consultant network (JV partners, domain experts, international associates)
Technical & Professional Expertise:
Tender & Portal Expertise
Bid Management Skills
Commercial & Strategic Skills
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and track new consultancy opportunities in:
Highways (EPC/Hybrid Annuity/PPP Supervision)
Metro Rail
Irrigation & Water Resources
Urban Infrastructure
Monitor tender portals (CPP, GeM, State portals) daily
Lead complete bid cycle from EOI to contract signing
Develop JV/Consortium strategy and finalize partners
Coordinate with technical, finance, and HR teams for proposal preparation
Attend pre-bid meetings and client discussions
Handle technical & financial negotiations
Maintain bid pipeline and monthly BD performance reports
Develop long-term strategic growth plan for consultancy vertical
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
