Job Summary:
We are looking for more than 4 years experienced Senior HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, HR operations, performance management, and statutory compliance. The candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies, handling employee grievances, ensuring smooth onboarding and exit processes, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Attendance, leave, and employee record management.
- Payroll coordination and HR documentation.
- Employee engagement and grievance handling.
- Performance appraisal and employee development.
- Implementation of HR policies and labor law compliance.
- Exit formalities and full & final settlements.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Experience with HRMS and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple HR functions independently
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
