Business & Design Coordinator (Architecture)
Role Summary
The applicant will work directly under the firm’s internal business interface and studio systems
manager. This hybrid role requires numerical fluency for invoicing and forecasting, strong
organizational skills, and creative competence to design emailers, invites, and short editorial
content that speaks the language of architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Business interface and finance support
- Track invoicing, receipts, and incoming payments across projects.
- Maintain project invoicing schedules tied to project stages and deliverables.
- Support monthly and quarterly target forecasting and sales pipeline tracking.
- Prepare simple financial summaries and dashboards for leadership.
- Work confidently with Excel and Google Sheets; build and maintain templates and formulas.
Studio systems & operations
- Maintain and update invitation and client contact lists; coordinate event RSVPs.
- Coordinate logistics for client presentations and site visits.
Design communications & writing
- Design clean, on-brand emailers, invitations, and event collateral using Canva/ Adobe.
- Write short, polished copy for invitations, event blurbs, and studio updates; draft brief articles or social captions that communicate architectural intent clearly.
- Ensure visual and written materials reflect architectural understanding and studio tone.
Skills & experience
- 1–3 years relevant experience in an architecture, design, or creative services
environment (internships and project experience acceptable).
- Strong comfort with Excel and Google Sheets: formulas,
- Adobe /Canva proficiency for layout and simple graphics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to write concise, professional copy.
- Good numeracy and attention to detail; organized and process-driven.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to juggle administrative and creative tasks.
- Age fit: early career — brings energy, learning mindset, and cultural fit for a studio environment.
- Nice-to-have
- Experience with CRM or mailing tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid, or similar).
- Basic photography or layout skills for social content.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
