We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with 4+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AWS and working knowledge of Azure, along with expertise in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, cloud security, and automation. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or any other cloud platform will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Configure and maintain web servers, load balancers, reverse proxies, and networking components.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security using cloud monitoring tools.
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and application-related issues.
- Implement cloud security best practices, IAM policies, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment efficiency and application reliability.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, IAM, Route 53, ELB, Auto Scaling, Lambda, CloudWatch).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
- Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or any other cloud platform is an added advantage.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong Linux/Unix administration skills.
- Proficiency in Shell scripting (Bash) and/or Python.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.
- Good understanding of networking concepts, DNS, SSL, VPN, firewalls, and load balancing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Azure Administrator/Engineer, CISM, CISSP, or other relevant cloud/security certifications will be given preference.
- Experience with Ansible, Nginx, Apache, or other configuration management and web server technologies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
