We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Real Estate Telecaller to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and schedule site visits for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build relationships with prospective buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and leads.
- Explain project details, property features, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule property site visits and follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Follow up regularly with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.

- Positive attitude and confidence while speaking with customers.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle objections professionally.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages is an advantage.
