Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 2–5 years of site execution experience
- Strong understanding of residential construction methodologies
- Knowledge of architectural detailing and building materials
- Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Monitoring
- Track project schedules and milestone completion.
- Identify delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate material deliveries and workforce requirements.
- Maintain daily site progress records.
Client Coordination
- Attend client meetings and site walkthroughs.
- Explain design intent and execution details to clients.
- Address client concerns and provide timely updates.
- Support project handover and post-handover activities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
