Key Responsibilities:
1. Billing & Sales
- Oversee and ensure accuracy of billing and invoicing processes.
- Track daily/weekly/monthly sales and prepare performance reports.
- Monitor sales trends and share insights with management.
2. Staff & Manpower Management
- Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure smooth store operations.
- Handle manpower issues including conflict resolution, grievances, and discipline.
- Plan manpower requirements in advance and coordinate with HR for recruitment needs.
- Train and guide store staff to achieve sales and service goals.
3. Vendor & Inventory Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for stock availability and timely deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests as required.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through periodic checks and reconciliations.
4. Customer Experience & Store Ambience
- Oversee product display management, especially during festivals, promotions, and special offers.
- Maintain fragrance standards across the store to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness of the store at all times.
- Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally.
5. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain records of billing, sales, and inventory.
- Prepare and share regular MIS/reports with management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of billing systems and sales tracking tools.
- Excellent leadership, staff management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.
- Good eye for display aesthetics and customer experience.
- Attention to detail in maintaining hygiene and ambience standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, or retail management software.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Retail Management/Commerce or equivalent.
- 3–6 years of experience in retail/store management.
- Experience in billing, sales analysis, and manpower management is mandatory.
- Prior experience in managing customer-facing retail outlets preferred.
