We are seeking a skilled and creative 3D Visualizer with 1 year of professional experience in Sketchup to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in:
- 3D Visualization & Rendering
- Sketchup
- Technical Detailing of drawings and layouts
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in software like SketchUp and similar design tools.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD is preferred.
- Strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, and site processes.
- Ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic designs.
- Attention to detail and strong presentation skills.
- Effective communication and project management abilities.
