Offenso Hackers Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Cyber Security Trainer to deliver practical, industry-focused training to aspiring cybersecurity professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor students through hands-on learning, real-world scenarios, and career preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training in Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking.
- Train students in practical cybersecurity concepts using hands-on labs and live demonstrations.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, lab exercises, and assessments.
- Mentor students on cybersecurity projects, Capture the Flag (CTF) challenges, and certifications.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Keep course content updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, tools, and technologies.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide academic support.
- Assist students with interview preparation, resume building, and technical guidance.
- Maintain attendance, training reports, and student progress records.
- Support workshops, seminars, webinars, and technical events organized by the academy.
- Collaborate with the academic and technical teams to continuously improve the training experience.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing & Switching).
- Good understanding of Linux and Windows administration.
- Experience in Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing.
- Knowledge of Web Application Security (OWASP Top 10).
- Familiarity with Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT).
- Experience with security tools such as Nmap, Wireshark, Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nessus, Hydra, John the Ripper, and Kali Linux.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, SIEM, Incident Response, and Digital Forensics is an added advantage.
- Strong presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, or Technical Training.
- Relevant certifications such as CEH, eJPT, PNPT, Security+, OSCP, or similar are preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
