About the Role
CCAN Solutions is seeking a talented and motivated Website Developer to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
- Build websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and modern frameworks.
- Develop and customize websites using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and other web services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues promptly.
- Perform regular website updates, maintenance, and security enhancements.
- Ensure websites follow industry best practices and coding standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and deliver solutions on time.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- 0-1 years of experience in website development (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with WordPress development, including themes and plugins.
- Knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
- Familiarity with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js is an added advantage.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and website optimization.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and web accessibility standards.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
