Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and monitor solid waste management projects.
* Manage daily operations of waste management.
* Coordinate with Municipal Corporations, government authorities, contractors, and vendors.
* Ensure compliance with SWM Rules, 2016, and all safety and environmental standards.
* Lead and supervise site teams to achieve project goals.
* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
* Prepare project reports, MIS, and performance updates for management.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
* **3–5 years of experience** in Project Management, preferably in Waste Management, Municipal Services, Infrastructure, or Environmental Projects.
* Experience working with government projects, ULBs, or Municipal Corporations is preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Candidate
* Experience managing field operations and large teams.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Passion for sustainability and environmental management.
* Willingness to travel.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
