Job description
- Strong knowledge of Design & Build projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office
- Good understanding of working drawings, detailing, and space planning
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution
- Experience in project coordination and vendor management
- Ability to handle site supervision and execution follow-ups
- Understanding of commercial/corporate interior projects
- Handle projects from concept design to execution and handover
- Develop architectural drawings, working drawings, 3D models, and detailed specifications
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams
- Monitor project progress, timelines, quality standards, and budgets
- Conduct site visits and ensure smooth execution as per drawings and standards
- Resolve site challenges with practical and cost-effective solutions
