Roles & Responsibilities:
- Candidates should have Strong Sales Ability to convert Enquiry into Admission.
- Briefing the course details to Candidates / Parents conducted in the institute.
- Tele-Counseling prospective students for relevant courses and creating walk-in to the centre.
- Tele Calling of Lead Generation & handling walk-in enquiries
- Generate new references from student
- Daily follow up (inquiry/fees collection/OS)
- Issuing Receipt / Notes / Certificates
- Maintaining records
- Email all updated records to Center Owner/ Head as when demanded
- Keep in touch with ex / regular student
- Take feedback time to time from student and other staff
- Co-ordinate with faculty regarding their batch, requirements etc. Forward it to concern person
- Co-ordinate with the senior & keep her updated her daily work done / Inquiry / Admission / Billing / Collection
- Scheduling the batches and informing the same to the candidates and Trainers
- Maintaining MIS regarding the candidates who had taken admission or done inquiry
- Responsible for collection of fees on a timely basis and ensure zero outstanding
- Database Management for the leads coming for enquiry
- Good control of MS office and Internet - especially excel for report generation
- Coordinate in-house event, marketing activities.
- Follow up on SMS/ mails / calls to Inquiries on regular basis
- To ensure that proper records of the students are captured & maintained for the following.
PRE – REQUISITES:
- Should have a pleasing personality with convincing skills for selling profile
- Should have excellent communication skill in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Should be target oriented and customer friendly and service oriented
- Should have powerful convincing skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
