- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents.
- Explain study abroad programs, admission process, and company services clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-up calls.
- Schedule counselling sessions with senior counsellors and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update student information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the counselling and application teams for smooth lead handover.
- Answer basic queries regarding universities, courses, eligibility, and application procedures.
- Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and lead conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents through professional communication.
