We're Hiring: Product & Mould Designer (Toys)
Location: Gurugram (Work from Office) Experience: 4–8+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Are you passionate about designing innovative toys and bringing ideas to life? Join a fast-growing Early STEM toy brand and play a key role in developing world-class products for children. Key Responsibilities: Design innovative toy products from concept to production Create production-ready 3D CAD models and engineering drawings Develop and review injection mould concepts for plastic components Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing teams Coordinate with mould manufacturers and tooling vendors Apply DFM/DFA principles for high-quality, cost-effective production Develop prototypes, conduct testing, and drive product improvements Required Skills: Strong expertise in plastic product design and injection moulding Hands-on experience with tooling development and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) Proficiency in SolidWorks, Creo, Siemens NX, CATIA, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or similar CAD software Experience in toy design, consumer products, baby products, plastics, or related industries Strong problem-solving, communication, and vendor management skills Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, Tool Engineering, or a related field.
