Role Overview:
Looking for a detail-oriented professional to coordinate production schedules, vendor commissioning, and quality control across the furniture manufacturing line (carpentry, polishing, upholstery, metalwork), while supporting design and sales teams on-ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate production schedules with vendors; prepare job orders and commissioning meetings
- Monitor daily production flow, conduct quality inspections, and update production trackers
- Manage material requisitioning (hardware, glass) and coordinate finish samples
- Support site installations, logistics/deliveries, and post-delivery snag resolution
- Assist with product costing and problem-solving during production
- Conduct site visits (measurements/markings) and support client meetings/inspections
- Support marketing with photo/video content and market research
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in Engineering, Production Management, Furniture Design, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in furniture production or related field
- Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong coordination skills
- Shop-floor enthusiasm, team player, high integrity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of materials & production methods, photography
- Proficient in Photoshop, AutoCAD
- Strong design sensibility
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
