Job Role
We are looking for a smart and organized Computer Operator cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations and handle day-to-day computer-based administrative tasks at Shruthi Super Specialities Hospital. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic office management knowledge, and proficiency in computer applications.
Responsibilities
- Patient registration
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries
- Maintain records, files, and office documentation
- Perform data entry and update databases accurately
- Prepare reports, letters, and other documents
- Schedule appointments and coordinate office activities
- Handle emails and basic correspondence
- Support administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Any Degree (Preferably B.Sc. Computers)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet applications
- Basic knowledge of computer operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- 01–05 years of experience preferred
