We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser with a background in Home Textiles to manage and coordinate our e-commerce orders and made-to-order production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the production team after receiving customer orders
- Plan and monitor production timelines for each order
- Ensure products are made according to order specifications
- Coordinate with sourcing, production, quality, and dispatch teams
- Track order status from production to final dispatch
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of customer orders
- Handle production-related follow-ups and resolve delays
Requirements
- Experience as a Merchandiser in the Home Textile industry
- Good knowledge of home textile products and production processes
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders and production schedules
- Good communication and organizational skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
