We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and proactive Field Supervisor to manage day-to-day field operations and ensure smooth handling of all operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily field operations and workforce activities
- Ensure proper handling and coordination of loading/unloading work
- Monitor movement of goods/materials and maintain smooth workflow
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, warehouse staff, and office team
- Ensure all assigned work is completed properly and on time
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and team coordination at the work site
- Handle basic field documentation, records, and reporting
- Ensure safety and proper operational practices during field activities
- Support overall operations and maintain proper handling of all work processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field supervision, operations, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operational tasks efficiently
- Basic understanding of documentation and reporting
- Responsible, active, and disciplined work approach
Additional Information:
- Candidate should be comfortable with field work and flexible working hours
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, dispatch, or manufacturing operations will be preferred
- Immediate joining preferred
