Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates till onboarding
- Maintain candidate database and reports
- Coordinate for offer roll-out and joining formalities
Key Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in bulk hiring / sales hiring
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Understanding of BFSI / Loan sales hiring
