Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
- Maintain proper inventory of electrical materials, spares, and equipment.
- Ensure timely availability of required materials to the maintenance and project teams.
- Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, stock registers, and other inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions for replenishment.
- Coordinate with purchase and engineering departments for procurement planning.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation with system records.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO methods for material issuance.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and preservation of electrical items to avoid damage/deterioration.
- Adhere to safety, audit, and compliance requirements in store operations.
- Assist in vendor coordination for material delivery and returns.
- Generate MIS reports related to stock movement, consumption, and shortages.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in stores/inventory management, preferably in the electrical / engineering industry.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,644.78 per month
