Job Description – Merchandiser (Garments/Apparel Industry)
Position: Merchandiser
Location: Noida Sector 65, Block A-28, Uttar Pradesh 201309
Experience: 3 -6 Years
Industry: Garments/Apparel Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
* Handle buyer inquiries and coordinate with domestic/international clients.
* Manage order execution from development to shipment.
* Coordinate with sampling, production, sourcing, quality, and logistics teams.
* Prepare costing sheets and negotiate prices with buyers and suppliers.
* Follow up on fabric, trims, sampling, approvals, and production timelines.
* Monitor order status and ensure on-time delivery.
* Maintain buyer communication and provide regular updates.
* Ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met.
* Prepare and maintain merchandising reports, T&A calendars, and order records.
* Resolve production and shipment-related issues proactively.
Required Skills
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
* Experience in fabric and trim sourcing.
* Good understanding of costing and order management.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence.
* Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
* Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
* Grauate/Diploma in Fashion, Textile, Merchandising, or related field.
* Relevant experience in garment manufacturing/export house preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
