Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and hardworking Factory Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper housekeeping across the factory premises. The candidate will be responsible for keeping production areas, offices, washrooms, common areas, stores, and other assigned locations clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the factory premises.
- Clean production areas, office areas, corridors, staircases, and common spaces.
- Clean and sanitize washrooms and ensure regular availability of basic hygiene supplies.
- Sweep, mop, dust, and clean floors, windows, doors, furniture, and other surfaces.
- Properly collect and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
- Keep dustbins clean and ensure timely removal of garbage.
- Maintain cleanliness around machinery and work areas without interfering with production activities.
- Support cleanliness and hygiene during factory meetings, events, inspections, and other activities.
- Inform the supervisor about any damaged cleaning equipment or shortage of cleaning materials.
- Follow all factory safety, hygiene, and housekeeping procedures.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment carefully and safely.
- Maintain proper cleanliness around pantry and drinking-water areas.
- Ensure assigned areas remain clean throughout the working shift.
- Perform any other housekeeping-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

- Availability and proper use of cleaning materials.
- Compliance with factory safety and housekeeping rules.

Eligibility
Education: No specific qualification required; basic literacy preferred.
Experience: Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
Age: 20–30years preferred.
Skills: Hardworking, punctual, disciplined, physically fit, and responsible.
Working Conditions
- Work will be performed within a factory/manufacturing environment.
- Candidates must follow factory safety rules and designated working hours.
- Protective equipment must be used wherever required.
- Maintain professional behaviour with employees, supervisors, and visitors.
- 11 hours working hours
- Time:- 9am - 8pm.
