Job Title: HR Assistant

Job Summary:
The HR Assistant is responsible for supporting daily HR operations, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, managing attendance, and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes in compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HRMS.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate recruitment, interview scheduling, and joining formalities.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and employee-related documents.
- Support employee engagement and performance review activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee queries and maintain HR reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA / MSW in HR is preferred.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations or Generalist HR.
Skills
- Knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
