Job Summary
As an HR, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from initial talent acquisition to daily operational excellence. You will act as a primary point of contact for candidates and employees, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and maintaining the integrity of our HR data. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys a blend of administrative precision, recruitment strategy, and people-focused engagement.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
· Support in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and internship letters.
· Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.
· Assist in onboarding and orientation of new interns/employees.
· Contribute to employee engagement activities, events, and workshops.
· Support HR in day-to-day tasks such as attendance tracking, documentation, and compliance.
· Coordinate with colleges and institutions for internship drives and recruitment activities.
· Research and suggest improvements in HR policies and processes.
Pay: ₹2,500.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
