We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in SEO, Paid Advertising, Website Management, Team Management, and Digital Marketing Strategy. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and capable of driving online growth while leading marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage and update company websites, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and SEO best practices.
- Coordinate with designers and developers to implement website improvements and new features.
- Generate ideas for website development, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and projects.
- Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, SEO updates, and advertising platforms.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid marketing platforms.
- Experience managing websites using CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.
- Proven experience in team management, task delegation, and project coordination.
- Understanding of website development concepts, UI/UX best practices, and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and SEO tools.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
