As a Lead Associate - Sourcing with 4.0-6.0 years of experience, your role is pivotal in managing sourcing activities to meet the organization's procurement needs effectively. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around overseeing the sourcing process, identifying potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Take a lead in developing and implementing sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and quality objectives.
- Identify new suppliers, conduct supplier assessments, and negotiate contracts that are beneficial to the organization.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance with agreements and address any performance issues promptly.
- Analyze market trends, evaluate supplier capabilities, and recommend improvements to enhance sourcing practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and finance, to align sourcing activities with business goals.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure sourcing effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sourcing and supply chain management.
