Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Manage and develop distributor networks to ensure market coverage and product availability.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure effective execution of promotional activities, merchandising, and brand visibility initiatives.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports for management review.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements
- Graduate with an MBA qualification preferred.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage territory operations.
- Experience in distributor handling and team management.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel extensively within North Kerala.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
