This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the strategic technology direction by contributing your own ideas for identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative technology, software and solutions. Each day, you will assist the Research and Development (R&D) team by executing your assigned tasks and using technical knowledge in a structured way. You will also showcase your expertise by staying abreast of the state of the art and actively applying this knowledge.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation business to Process industry in Bangalore .
You will be mainly accountable for:

Assist in designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.

Work on Generative AI projects, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or generative models (e.g., LLMs, GANs).

Preprocess and analyse large datasets relevant to Indian markets, such as e-commerce, healthcare, or agriculture.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into production environments.

Working on building the MCP server and skillsets to consume data from different data sources.

Conduct experiments to optimize model performance and evaluate outcomes using metrics like accuracy, precision, and recall.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and GenAI, and contribute ideas to improve project outcomes.

Document processes, model architectures, and results for internal knowledge sharing.
Qualifications for the role:-
Proficiency in Python and libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face.

Understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) and deep learning concepts (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).

Familiarity with Generative AI techniques, such as large language models (LLMs) or generative adversarial networks (GANs).

Basic knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
-
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
