Role Purpose :
To lead the end-to-end recruitment function for PS Group, ensuring timely hiring, quality talent acquisition, manpower planning accuracy, and adherence to recruitment TATs across all business units. This role drives sourcing strategy, stakeholder alignment, team productivity, and recruitment governance.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Recruitment Leadership & Supervision
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team; assign roles and monitor performance.
- Ensure adherence to TAT, quality standards, and HR policies.
- Conduct weekly reviews with recruiters and hiring managers.
B. Manpower Planning & Forecasting
- Collaborate with departments to assess monthly/quarterly manpower needs.
- Support annual manpower planning with HR leadership.
- Track open positions and manage company-wide vacancy status.
C. Talent Sourcing & Strategy
- Develop sourcing strategies for senior, niche, and bulk hiring.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks; coordinate with agencies as needed.
D. Candidate Screening & Evaluation
- Conduct initial screening for key managerial roles.
- Assess candidates for skills, experience, cultural fit, and stability.
- Guide the team on shortlisting and competency-based evaluation.
E. Recruitment Coordination & Process Management
- Oversee interview scheduling, panel coordination, and candidate communication.
- Ensure timely feedback and closure of hiring rounds.
- Maintain standardized recruitment processes across all functions.
F. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and recruitment reports.
- Track KPIs: hiring TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, cost per hire, team performance.
- Maintain updated trackers and ATS/HRMS data.
G. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage recruitment agencies and ensure delivery quality.
- Build strong relationships with hiring teams and leadership.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking support.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
