- Business Development:
- Achieving sales targets for gold loans by acquiring new customers and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Developing and implementing business strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Assessing local market conditions to identify potential opportunities for new customer acquisition.
- Branch Operations:
- Managing daily branch operations, including customer service, sales, and collections.
- Ensuring smooth functioning of the branch, including cash management, vault security, and compliance with company policies.
- Team Leadership:
- Leading, training, and motivating the branch team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring proper delegation of responsibilities and effective supervision of staff.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensuring adherence to all regulatory and compliance guidelines set by the regulator and the bank.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with the branch's operations.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships.
- Resolving customer queries and complaints and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
- Financial Performance:
- Monitoring and improving branch profitability.
- Managing the book of business and increasing profitability.
- Ensuring timely renewals of loan cases and maintaining a low level of pending renewals.
- Reporting and Audits:
- Preparing reports on branch performance and other relevant data.
- Supporting branch audit teams and implementing corrective actions based on audit findings.
