1. Good insight in Organic/analytical/inorganic/analytical chemistry, basic biotechnology/biochemistry knowledge (optional), sound knowledge of material, industrial and polymer science
2. Mention prior research experience/publication, if any - optional
3. Interest in searching, drafting (writing) - desk work-no lab work
4. Basic knowledge of IPR, Indian patent act/ patenting system, interest to work in IPR domain
5. Any Basic certification related to IPR will be add on
6. primary knowledge of Microsoft suit (excel, word, powerpoint)
7. Should have own laptop in good condition, if not need to inform prior
