Telecaller acts as the first point of contact for prospective students. They are responsible for generating leads, managing inbound and outbound inquiries, explaining course structures and enrollment procedures, and converting prospects into enrolled students
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Initiate contact with prospective students/parents to introduce educational programs and generate interest.
- Lead Conversion: Guide prospects through the admission process, address their queries regarding fees and eligibility, and effectively convince them to enroll.
- Follow-Ups: Consistently follow up with leads via phone, email, or chat until a final decision is made.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
