About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales, team handling, and achieving revenue targets. Candidates with prior experience in the EdTech industry will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor daily sales activities, performance, and productivity of the team.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into enrollments/sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead conversion.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Minimum qualification).
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, with team handling experience.
- Prior experience in the EdTech industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to analyze sales performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
