We are a fast-growing UK-based EdTech company dedicated to helping students achieve their academic and career goals through quality education and personalized guidance. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Admission Counsellor to join our admissions team.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding UK education programs and admission opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' academic background and recommend suitable courses and universities.
- Guide students through the complete admission process, including eligibility, documentation, and application submission.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions using CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission journey.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with UK university admissions, intakes, visa requirements, and education trends.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong counselling, sales, and negotiation abilities.
- Target-driven with excellent follow-up skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with students.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor, Education Counsellor, or Inside Sales Executive in the EdTech or Overseas Education industry.
- Experience counselling students for UK education will be highly preferred.
