We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to support HR operations, administration, client coordination, and day-to-day business activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, interview coordination, and employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
- Organize employee engagement activities and support HR operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks, reports, meeting coordination, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Support proposal preparation, presentations, and client relationship management.
- Monitor daily operations, improve processes, and ensure team productivity.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR/Admin experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
