Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Medical Representatives to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct daily field work and joint calls with team members to coach them on product detailing.
- Hire and onboard new Medical Representatives to keep the sales territory fully staffed.
- Plan and manage doctor group meetings, product launches, and scientific events.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent market stockouts and handle near-expiry products.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to report back to the marketing team.
- Review daily field activity reports and analyze territory sales performance.
- Ensure the sales team follows company policies and ethical pharmaceutical guidelines.
Eligibility
- Experienced candidate required (minimum 2 years experience as an ASM or a Senior Medical Representative).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Passion for leadership, sales growth, and field work.
- Graduate preferred.
- Bike & driving license preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
