*Role Overview*
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to expand our subscriber base in Domalguda, Himayatnagar, You will work from our Domalguda branch and drive monthly business targets.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. *Business Development*
- Achieve monthly chit group enrollment targets for Neeladri Growth Chits
- Conduct field visits, society meetings & awareness camps to explain chit benefits
- Educate customers on auction process, dividend calculation & safety of chits
2. *Agent Network Management*
- Recruit, train & motivate new chit agents in central Hyderabad
- Set targets, monitor daily collections & ensure timely remittance to branch
- Calculate & process agent commissions as per company policy
3. *Customer Service & Compliance*
- Handle complete subscriber on boarding at Domalguda office: KYC, agreements, passbook
- Assist with prize money claims & loan against chit procedures
- Ensure 100% compliance with Chit Funds Act, 1982 & Telangana Chit Fund Rules
- Maintain records for audit & ROC filings
4. *Collections & Reporting*
- Follow up for monthly installments & maintain >95% collection efficiency
- Submit daily DSR & weekly MIS to management at Domalguda office
- Analyze competitor schemes & suggest new group values based on market demand
*Requirements*
Category Details
**Education** Any Graduate. http://B.Com / MBA Marketing preferred
**Experience** 3+ years in Chit Funds / NBFC / Gold Loan / Insurance field sales
**Knowledge** Chit Fund Act, auction process,
**Skills** Telugu, Hindi & English. Strong negotiation & convincing skills
**Mobility** Must own 2-wheeler. Ready for extensive field work
