- MSIL Compliance: Ensure all Maruti Suzuki Driving School operations adhere to strict Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise driving instructors and support staff. Set daily targets and monitor instructor performance.
- Business Development: Drive student enrollments, manage center budgets, and implement local marketing strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Fleet & Simulator Management: Oversee the upkeep and routine maintenance of dual-control training vehicles and driving simulators.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores by ensuring a premium learning experience, resolving complaints, and tracking student progress.
- RTO Coordination: Guide trainees through the process of obtaining Learner's and Permanent Licenses, ensuring all paperwork and test scheduling is accurately managed.
