Job Title: Marketing Executive
Industry: Retail Fixtures / Supermarket Equipment (Racks, Shopping Trolleys, Checkout Counters)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Marketing Executive to manage end-to-end digital marketing activities for our retail fixtures business. The role involves catalogue management, brand building, SEO, paid advertising, lead generation, and customer engagement across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with marketing tools and capable of driving both B2B leads and online visibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Branding & Marketing Collateral
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all channels
- Design and manage marketing kits including brochures, company profiles, pitch decks
- Ensure product details, specifications, and images are accurate and updated across all channels
- Support sales team with marketing materials and presentations
2. Digital Marketing & SEO
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website ranking
- Perform keyword research and on-page/off-page optimization
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
3. Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)
- Manage and optimize campaigns on:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Track ROI, CPC, CPL, and campaign performance
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages
4. Google Tag Manager & Tracking
- Implement and manage tracking codes using Google Tag Manager
- Set up conversion tracking, events, and remarketing tags
- Ensure proper tracking of website and campaign performance
5. Lead Generation (Online)
- Generate B2B leads through digital channels (SEO, ads, LinkedIn, email campaigns)
- Develop landing pages and funnels for lead capture
- Track and report lead quality and conversion rates
6. Content Creation & Blogging
- Write and publish blogs related to retail store setup, supermarket solutions, and industry insights
- Manage website content updates and content calendar
- Create engaging marketing content for campaigns
7. LinkedIn & Outreach
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead generation
- Identify target clients such as supermarket chains, retailers, and consultants
- Execute outreach campaigns and build professional connections
8. Social Media & Engagement
- Manage company pages on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Create and schedule posts to improve engagement
- Analyse engagement metrics and optimize content strategy
10. WhatsApp Marketing
· Execute WhatsApp campaigns including broadcasts, catalog sharing, and promotions
11. E-commerce Marketing
· Manage promotions, and campaigns on e-commerce platforms
· Optimize conversion rates through campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (B2B preferred)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Catalogue creation/editing
- SEO tools and strategies
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Google Tag Manager
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong content writing and blogging skills
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
- Good understanding of analytics and performance tracking
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Retail, B2B or related industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms
- Knowledge of website CMS (WordPress or similar)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
