OVERVIEW
You will build and enhance end-to-end digital solutions supporting the Palantir engineering portfolio at General Mills. This role offers the opportunity to work on modern business applications, partner with global teams, and contribute to how software solutions are designed, developed, tested, and delivered. You will work closely with engineers, technical leaders, and cross-functional partners to create scalable, reliable, and high-quality applications. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Develop and maintain software applications using the .NET technology stack and modern web frameworks.

Take ownership of complex technical designs and support their implementation across application features and services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

3 or more years of related software engineering experience.

Proven experience in software engineering and full stack application development.

Strong system-level knowledge for building end-to-end applications using the .NET technology stack, including C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and application programming interfaces.

Experience with modern JavaScript-based frameworks such as React, Angular, Next.js, or similar technologies.

Experience designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining scalable applications across multiple layers of the software stack.

Experience with DevOps practices, continuous integration and continuous delivery, and tools such as GitHub Actions.

Experience with database technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server or NoSQL platforms.

Experience with unit testing frameworks and a strong understanding of software engineering best practices.

Strong understanding of agile ways of working, including task planning, sprint execution, and estimation.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Enthusiasm for emerging technologies, continuous learning, and contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.

Experience with low-code platforms.

Experience with cloud technologies such as Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure.
