We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented PPC Flight Ticketing Manager to lead and manage the flight ticketing operations team. The candidate will be responsible for handling team performance, managing international flight booking operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving overall business productivity. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, in-depth knowledge of GDS systems, and proven experience in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the PPC flight ticketing team.
- Monitor daily team performance and productivity.
- Handle escalated customer queries related to international flight bookings.
- Ensure smooth execution of flight reservations, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve organizational goals.
- Prepare team reports, performance reviews, and operational updates.
- Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for operational support.
- Ensure proper usage of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
- Implement strategies to improve team efficiency and operational performance.
Required Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in PPC travel sales or flight ticketing operations.
- Prior experience in team handling and managerial responsibilities is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of international flight ticketing and airline operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
