We’re seeking a proactive and organized Executive – Administration to manage daily office operations, coordinate with internal teams, and support senior leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and skilled at multitasking.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations

Coordinate with various departments and teams for smooth operations

Handle documentation, filing, and office correspondence

Support senior management with scheduling, meetings, and reports

Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures

Requirements
