Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management
- Convert leads into interior design projects.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present proposals.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Operations Management
- Oversee execution of interior projects from design approval to final handover.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, site, and execution teams.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction throughout project delivery.
- Resolve project-related challenges and ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow-up on client payments
Team Coordination & Reporting
- Lead and guide sales and operations teams for optimum performance.
- Track project status and provide regular reports to management.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Interior Design, or related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in sales and operations, preferably in interiors.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of project management and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in interior design or turnkey project execution.
- Strong client handling and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Salary: As per company standards + Performance Incentives
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
