Job Description:
- Welcome and assist guests, visitors, clients, and senior management personnel, ensuring a professional and pleasant experience.
- Manage reception activities, visitor registrations, meeting room bookings, and guest coordination.
- Coordinate with Admin, Housekeeping, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
- Arrange hospitality services including refreshments, accommodation, transportation, and travel assistance for guests and VIP visitors.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence, directing them to the concerned departments.
- Maintain visitor records, guest logs, and related administrative documentation.
- Support the organization of corporate events, meetings, conferences, and management visits.
- Ensure reception and guest areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Address guest concerns and ensure timely resolution to maintain a positive experience.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and maintaining records related to guest management and administrative activities.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
