- Ability to write clear, engaging marketing copy and structured drafts using CMS, with a strong understanding of AI‑powered content tools.
- Experience in medium to large-scale projects across BFSI, Retail, Pharma, Healthcare, Telecom, Travel, Logistics, Hospitality, Energy, Manufacturing, etc.
- Conduct thorough research, generate new content ideas, and proofread for accuracy.
- Strong command of grammar, punctuation, syntax, and sentence structure.
- Proficiency in working with AI assisted (Grammarly, ProWritingAid) and AI-powered content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Writesonic).
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing.
- Ability to produce creative, original content and adapt to AI-driven workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, plagiarism checks, and bias mitigation.
