HR Trainee – Generalist Profile
Position Overview:
The HR Trainee (Generalist) will support the HR team in day‑to‑day operations across recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, compliance, and policy implementation. This role is designed to provide hands‑on exposure to core HR functions and prepare the trainee for a confirmed HR Generalist position after successful completion of training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Maintain attendance and payroll records under supervision.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Help draft HR communications, policies, and employee notices.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to HR and management as needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office/Excel.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
Training Period:
- Duration: 6 months (extendable based on performance converted into the company payroll).
- Stipend: 10,000-15,000 Per Month
- On successful completion, confirmation as HR Generalist with revised salary. structure.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
