Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering Preferred (Fresh Graduates Can Apply). Graduates from other disciplines with an interest in field operations are also welcome.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Overtime Benefits

About the Role
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Site Capture Executives to join our growing Field Operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who have recently completed college and want to start their career in the construction industry. No prior experience is required, as complete on-the-job training will be provided.
The role involves visiting construction sites, capturing project progress using 360° cameras, photographs, and videos, maintaining project documentation, and coordinating with site teams to ensure timely project updates.
Experienced Site Engineers, Site Supervisors, Site In-Charges, Surveyors, or Field Executives looking to transition into a technology-driven construction role are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities: Construction Site Documentation
- Visit assigned construction sites as per the daily schedule.
- Capture project progress using 360° cameras, photographs, and videos.
- Record site observations accurately and maintain proper documentation.
- Upload captured data to the company's digital platform within defined timelines.
- Ensure all project records are complete and organized.
360° Visual Capture
- Operate company-provided 360° cameras and related equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures for capturing high-quality virtual tours.
- Perform basic equipment checks before and after site visits.
- Ensure proper handling and safe storage of company equipment.
Site Coordination
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Contractors, and client representatives during site visits.
- Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Submit daily activity reports and progress updates.
- Report operational challenges to the reporting manager whenever required.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure captured data meets Bandhoo's quality standards.
- Follow company guidelines for documentation, confidentiality, and data security.
- Maintain professionalism while working at client project sites.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines during field visits.
Who Can Apply? Freshers Are Welcome
- Recent graduates who have just passed out from college are encouraged to apply.
- Fresh Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech graduates in Civil Engineering are highly preferred.
- Fresh graduates from other streams with an interest in field operations may also apply.
