We're looking for someone who enjoys building things from scratch—not someone looking for a structured sales process.
About the Role
This is not a traditional Business Development role.
You'll be the sole owner of business development across multiple ventures, identifying opportunities, building relationships, generating leads, and closing partnerships across both D2C and B2B channels.
If you're someone who waits for leads, detailed instructions, or a predefined sales playbook, this role won't be the right fit.
What You'll Do
- Build your own pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
- Drive D2C sales initiatives for consumer brands.
- Develop and close institutional and corporate partnerships.
- Identify new market opportunities and convert them into business.
- Maintain an organised CRM/database and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Represent Tiny Miracles at networking events and industry forums.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Partnerships, or Account Management.
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, E-commerce, or Startup environments.
- Comfortable selling to both consumers and business stakeholders.
- A proven track record of independently creating opportunities—not just converting inbound leads.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (Marathi is an advantage).
You'll Stand Out If You:
- Have worked in an early-stage startup or built a market from scratch.
- Enjoy solving problems without waiting for direction.
- Can switch comfortably between consumer conversations and CXO-level meetings.
- Are resilient, resourceful, and persistent.
- Have an existing network within startups, FMCG, or the social impact ecosystem.
This Role Is NOT For You If:
- You're looking for a team-led sales environment with a ready-made pipeline.
- Most of your experience is inside sales, telesales, or lead conversion.
- You prefer clearly defined processes over building them yourself.
- You need constant direction to stay productive.
