Experience :
Minimum 5 years’ experience, out of which minimum 2 years as L2, in ITAM operations and tool administration with

In depth understanding of hardware and software lifecycle management

Strong exposure to compliance tracking, and vendor audits

Experience in managing and configuring ITAM tools, integration with UCMDB
-
Ability to track and report software license compliance, contracts and warranties
-
Familarity with auto discovery and integration with AD, NMS etc
-
Basic scripting/querying skills for reporting and automation
Responsibilities :

Configure and administer ITSM tools and maintain asset database integrity

Oversee asset onboarding, tracking and retirement processes
-
Reconcile physical vs recorded asset inventory
-
Design and implement asset workflows and approval mechanisms
-
Prepare dashboards, performance and SLA reports
-
Provide user support, training and knowledge maintenance
-
Coordinate with OEMs or higher-tier support for complex issues
-
Undertake maintenance activities as per bank’s requirement
-
Review device health status
-
Review alarms/events
-
Provide compliance and audit reports to stakeholders
